At Orient Watch, we take pride in our horological craftsmanship; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn timepiece within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all protective films, tags, and manuals intact.

Pack Your Timepiece
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the watch's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
